Created by Crossroads in 2008, the Fleet Contractor Acceptance Program (FCAP) was designed to assist Carriers in upgrading their fleet and offering various options for Carriers to increase the number of Independent Owner Operators that pull for them without impacting the Carriers’ balance sheet. We offer third-party lease structures that are fully coordinated with local, state, and national mandates to ensure equipment compliance and payment affordability, along with an arm’s length third-party leasing structure. Programs are aimed at mitigating the Carrier’s risk and also improve driver recruitment and driver retention.
