Transportation Association Random Pool Service Fees
The NTA Consortium Random Pool is only open to Association
members.
Consortium Random Pool enrollment fees are calculated per
calendar year (January 1st to December 31st) per
person.
PLAN 2 PROGRAM (For Fleets ONLY) CONSISTS OF ALL THE
FOLLOWING:

Compliance Package
– A comprehensive compliance package that
includes the US DOT Regulations pertaining to the FMCSA 49 CFR Parts 40 &
382 drug testing requirements, company policy, educational training and
much more.

Company Certificate of
Enrollment – You will receive a
yearly Certificate to verify your compliance.
v
Individual ID Card
– You will receive an ID Cards to be used for verification and contact
purposes.
v
Company & Driver Policy
– You will receive a company & driver
policy that is required to show compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 & 382. It
is your responsibility to be familiar with these regulations.
v
Nationwide Collection
Sites – Every reasonable effort
is made to locate a qualified collection site within your vicinity,
however, remote areas may require further travel. Collection supplies i.e.
Federal Custody and Control Forms (CCFs) will be shipped to you directly

Laboratory Testing
– All testing is done through Quest
Diagnostics, a NIDA certified lab.

Medical Review Officers (MRO)
– Nationwide Medical Review is our official
MRO.

Complete Program
Administration – NTA provides
all required administration, quality control, materials, record keeping,
summary, and annual reports.
v
Substance Abuse
Professions – NTA provides for
nationwide SAP services as required.
v
Prepaid Testing
– Unless an account is established,
all tests must be prepaid.
v
Service Fees –
Members are responsible at time of service for tests such as
pre-employment, post accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and
follow up. This also applies to adulterated, dilute, shy bladder or cold
specimens requiring re-collection and for any additional fees outside of
the standard procedures such as observed collections, after hour’s
collections, split specimen testing, etc.
